If you have an account:

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Go to My Orders and select Order Details.

  3. Click Return for Refund and choose the item(s) you would like to return.

If you checked out as a guest:

  1. Visit Order Status and enter your order number, email address, and postal code.

  2. Once your order appears, select Order Details.

  3. Click Return for Refund and choose the item(s) you wish to return.
