We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day evaluation period during which you may return your product if you’re not entirely happy with it.
Please note: this return option applies only to products purchased directly through JBL. If your item was bought from an authorized retailer, please follow their return process instead.

If you have an account:

Sign in to your account.

Go to My Orders and select Order Details.

Click Return for Refund and choose the item(s) you would like to return.
If you checked out as a guest:

Visit Order Status and enter your order number, email address, and postal code.

Once your order appears, select Order Details.

Click Return for Refund and choose the item(s) you wish to return.
